Instruction to Use SchoolEmail:



Inbox

1. Inbox displays a list of incoming mail saved in your Inbox folder. A quick way to access mail. It displays all current and previous email. Click on the subject line to read the message; click on the arrow signs to list more email. -If the message consists of a file clip icon, it has file(s) attached.
-When reading the mail message, click "DELETE" to delete the current email.
Check Mail

2. To check new incoming email, click "CHECK MAIL". It will connect to the POP mail server and save new incoming mail to Inbox if there is any.


Compose

3. To send an email, click "COMPOSE" to write email message.

To use AddressBook for "TO," "CC," "BCC," you must be registered. Click on "ADDRESSES" to sign up.

To attach file(s), click [ADD / REMOVE ATTACHMENT]. A small browser window will pop up. Follow the easy 1-2-3 steps to attach single or multiple files. Or click icon to remove attachment. Click [DONE] button to finish the attachment task.

When you finish click [SEND] to send out the email. Click "CANCEL" to terminate this email transmission.


MailFolder

4. Use "MailFolder" to organize all of your email messages:

Email Account

5. To add/update display name with your email account, click "EMAIL ACCOUNT."


Addresses

6. To use "ADDRESSES", you must be a CampusI registered user.
Calendar

7. To use "CALENDAR", you must be registered.
Bookmark

8. To use "BOOKMARK", you must be registered.
Log Out

9. To exit the SchoolEmail, click "LOG OUT". It will close the current browser and expire all previous pages during the session. A safe and secure feature.
