A: CampusI School Email is a pure web based email client. We take every precaution to protect our users’ information. Every time you login to check your email, you have to type your password again.

In term of security features, CampusI School Email employs more secure features than traditional email clients, such as Eudora, Outlook, Pine, Netscape, etc.


Q: Can CampusI access my password to my school email account?

A: No, CampusI does not store your password and your password is only used to authenticate your email server. Every time you login to check your email, you have to type your password again.


Q: What is "secure" login?

A: CampusI gives you the option of encrypting your login-in information by using "secure mode." When you log in using secure mode, you are using industry-standard SSL encryption technology to protect the data you transmit.

While secure mode provides SSL encryption, pages will take longer to download. Most users choose to login in using standard mode to achieve quicker response time.


Q: Does CampusI keep a copy of my school email message(s)?

A: CampusI does not store any of your email message(s). We are a web based-email reader.


Q: How does CampusI school email differ from the traditional telnet?

A: CampusI.com enables users to check their school Email from any PC and to do file attachments. If you are traveling, you can still check your email on other than your home or school computer. Just log on to CampusI.com to check email. No more (computer) configuration hassle.


Q: If we check our school email through CampusI.com, can we still check it at home?

A: Yes, you can still check your school email at home unless you delete your message(s).


Q: If we check our school email at home through CampusI.com, how come we have 0 message(s)?

A: It is from your email reader at home (Netscape, Microsoft, Eudora, etc.) in which you have to check the "option" box that says "Leave a copy of message(s) on server" if you want your email saved.
